- B1.3: Certify mechanical parts of the helicopter with the turbine engine or engines.
- B1.4: Certify mechanical parts of a helicopter with a piston engine or engines.
- B2: Certify the fit to fly instrumental, electrical, and radar systems of the airplane and helicopter.

After completing the AME course and obtaining a license, the candidate is qualified to work in the aviation industry. The average starting salary per month for an AME in India will be Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000. As per their skill set, the candidate can earn even more than this.
